Charter Ride of The Rider's Workshop

This past weekend was one of the best experiences I've had over the past decade. It was a "Zen" thing: hanging out, telling stories, learning to ride better and better. Especially memorable: marveling at Mark Simeral's to ride well in the corners and the look on Jim Wesloowski's face when Mark did his cannon ball into the hot tub. I was impressed with Jim Ford's ability to ride behind me, his instructions (and sometimes chatter) finally getting through to me on the Zen of riding. I can hope to ride one day as well as Jim Ford.
I can't help but feel that this past weekend has developed into multiple friendships with people that I would never have known if not for the Riders Workshop. To sum it up, Great People–Great Riding–Great Roads–Great Friendships–Great Food. I am looking forward to the next ride. Let’s face it–I'm hooked!
